At Peace Regardless, we offer integrative, experiential therapy for individuals, couples, and partnerships who want more—more connection, more clarity, more courage in love, sex, and self-expression. Our practice supports those healing from sexual betrayal, trauma, or addictive behavior, while also welcoming clients who are doing “fine” and ready to explore what a truly vibrant, joyful, and meaningful intimate life can be.
We believe sex can be a healing, playful, sacred, and pleasurable part of life. Whether you’re seeking to revitalize your erotic connection, navigate kink or alternative relationship structures, or move past old relational blocks, we provide a non-pathologizing, sex-positive space to deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships.
Drawing from Gestalt, EMDR, IITAP-informed treatment, and somatic tools, we blend evidence-based approaches with creative embodiment, parts work, and mindfulness. We are neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, kink-aware, and trauma-responsive. We also support high-performing individuals with ADHD or executive functioning challenges who want to build sustainable intimacy, not just manage crises.
