ABOUT OUR MEETING PARTICIPANTS
SSSS is a not-for-profit, interdisciplinary, professional organization that has a membership of nearly 1000 professionals. In addition to sexuality researchers, sex educators and clinicians, SSSS members include physicians, nurses, social workers, psychologists, allied and public health professionals, clergy members, lawyers, sociologists, marriage and family counselors and therapists, family planning specialists, students in relevant professional disciplines and more. These individuals share an interest in promoting the understanding of human sexuality and healthy sexual behavior. The Annual Meetings consist of 400-500 human sexuality professionals.
Sponsorship of the 2013 SSSS Annual Meeting includes a number of options including Exhibitor Sponsorships, Advertising Sponsorships, and Scientific Sponsorships. We have created several package options in addition to an “al à carte” menu where you can mix and match options to best suit your organizations’ needs. EXHIBIT PROGRAM AND FACILITIES INFORMATION
Exhibits will be held at the Paradise Point Resort and Spa. Set-up will begin on Thursday, November 14th from 2-6pm. Official exhibit hours of operation will be Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 4pm. In our exhibits area, meeting participants will enjoy breakfast, coffee/refreshment breaks, poster and networking sessions.
