Interested in earning CE credits during the 2017 SSSS Annual Meeting?

 

You must register as a CE Participant.

 

As you’re registering for the Annual Meeting, select the ‘Continuing Education Registration’ button ($35). If you already registered for the Annual Meeting, go to the Online Store to purchase your CE Registration.

 

If you’re registering for the Annual Meeting through the SSSS Office, please print the Registration Form, and send it to the SSSS Office (mail, email, or fax), with your payment information.

 

·       CE Fee ($35.00) – Fee is required at time of registration.

 

 

CE Certificate of Attendance Requirements

 

At the 2017 SSSS Annual Meeting, credits are awarded on a session-by-session basis. To receive a CE Certificate of Attendance, an attendee is required to:

 

·       Pre-register for the Annual Meeting, and as a CE participant.

·       Sign-in at the beginning of each session*.

·       Sign-out at the end of each session*.

·       Complete the ENTIRE Evaluation Form*.

 

*There will be a room monitor at each session, for CE Attendees to sign-in and sign-out at each session. It is your responsibility to complete an Evaluation Form, and to hand in your form at the time of signing out.

 

 

CE Sessions

 

 

As a CE participant, you do not have to attend every session. You receive credit for the sessions you attend. All CE Organizations require you to sign-in, sign out, and complete the entire Evaluation Form to receive your CE credits.

Special Services

 

SSSS is committed to those individuals who require special services, per the Americans with Disabilities Act. Billing Policy

 

All checks/money orders MUST be drawn on a U.S. account, and made payable to SSSS. A charge of $50.00 will apply to all returned checks.

 

 

Refund Policy for Annual Meeting and CE Fee

 

All cancellations MUST be made in writing/email for the Annual Meeting Fee and CE Fee. If the letter/email is received by September 15, 2017, your full registration will be refunded. If the letter/email is received between September 16th and October 10th, a $100 administrative fee will be charged. Refunds will not be made if you cancel your registration after October 10, 2017. Refund fees are returned to the person in a check, and will NOT be refunded on a credit card.
